Vorher eingedeckt: Steinofenbaguette und Kartoffelpestocreme, Mineralwasser (Aufpreis: 2,50 €)

Als Vorspeise: Mecklenburger Kartoffelsüppchen, kleine Ostseebouillabaisse oder kl. Salatteller (Bitte jeweils nur 1 Variante auswählen!)

Hauptgerichte:
1. Dorsch gedünstet mit pikanter Dijon-Senfsauce und Schlosskartoffeln
2. Saftig gebratenes Hähnchenbrustfilet in Thymian-Glace
3. Mecklenburger Rippenbraten mit Apfelrotkohl und gedämpften Erdäpfeln
4. Zander auf der Haut gebraten an Kartoffel-Speck-Salat

Dessert: hausgemachte Rote Grütze mit Vanilleeis, Frucht-Tiramisu (Bitte jeweils nur 1 Variante auswählen!)
